Hey babes! I'm Beth 👋Chaotic toddler mum and founder of MoveFit Mama. I created MoveFit Mama after having my first baby, when I found myself craving more than just another workout - I wanted to feel like me again.
Launched in February 2025, MoveFit Mama is a fun-as-hell dance fitness class with club vibes, zero pressure, no mirrors, and full-on mum’s night off energy.
What started as one weekly class has grown into two weekly sessions, monthly pop-ups, and an online program launching this Autumn.
I’m so grateful for the incredible tribe of women we’ve built - honestly, I'm blown away.

Our workouts deliver high-intensity, low-impact exercise designed to restore your core and pelvic floor whilst torching calories and toning your arms and legs.
No prior dance experience is necessary - just simple, effective moves.
Before each song, you’ll learn around three moves that are repeated throughout the routine. Plus, I’ll be dancing alongside you the entire time, so you can follow at your own pace with ease.
Every workout is built with mums in mind - focusing on safe, fun movement that strengthens bums, legs, cores, and pelvic floors.

WHEN ARE MOVEFIT MAMA CLASSES?
Our weekly classes held in Pocklington are every Monday at 7:30 PM and Saturdays at 9:00 AM!
Our York Pop-Up Parties are held on the third Wednesday of every month.
Classes are released on our booking page in batches.

CAN I BRING MY BABY/KIDS WITH ME?
MoveFit Mama was created as a complete escape. The Mum's Power Hour of YOU-Time.
As much as I would love to accommodate a childcare option, it is an adults only vibe. Expect colourful language, club-style lighting, loud music, and dance moves that may or may not have led to baby number 1, 2, 3 or even 4...
DO I NEED DANCE EXPERIENCE?
Girl, absolutely not. The moves are simple, effective and entry-level. There is no pressure for perfection here, we don't do mirrors, we don't do performance - it's all about moving and having fun. That's it!
I'M NOT A MUM - CAN I STILL COME?
Hell yes girl!!! We have SO many non-mums, cat mums, dog-mums, future mums all come along.
WHAT MODIFICATIONS ARE AVAILABLE?
You will be taught a series of basic steps per song and modifications will be demonstrated along the way.
So if you want to turn up the heat🔥and make it harder for yourself - you can do. Alternatively, if there's some moves you need to ease up on - that option is there for you too. You can even switch HALF WAY through the song if you want to.
You can tailor every single workout to you, your ability and goals.
This is YOUR workout after all, babe.
