An Idea Born In The Postpartum Blues.... π
After my very first pregnancy I'd gained well above the 'recommended weight gain limit' (over 35 kilos to be exact - thanks gestational hypertension you absolute queen.π) I barely had any muscle, strength or stamina left in my new mum bod leaving me feeling lost and pretty defeated from the jump.Β

When I went looking for fun dance workouts online, I found myself having to modify so much because the moves didn't facilitate my humongous breastfeeding melons, my lack of pelvic floor control, my mum bum (hello pancake!), minimal core strength and all the woes that came with recovering from birthing a human.Β

Alas, I wanted a fun workout that made me feel good, but also fit around my schedule, the sleep deprivation, and not leave me too sore where I couldn't pick up my child the next day. Plus, let's be honest, I wanted to add to my step count without having to do yet another sodding pram walk. And so, Movefit Mama was born! My second child. (Or fourth, if you count my two furbabies πββ¬π).Β
