DANCE FITNESS CLASSES 

REFUND, TRANSFERS AND BOOKING POLICY

Movefit Club LTD reserves the right to modify these general terms and conditions which are applicable to all retail offers and discounts at any time, without prior notice, by amending these online.

• Please note that class bookings are non-refundable but are transferable. 

• If you're unable to attend a class, you may transfer your full price ticket only up to 3 hours before the class start time via bookwhen at no extra cost. 

• Transfer Limits: Please know that you can only transfer a single booking up to 4 times. After the 4th transfer, the ticket will no longer be eligible for additional moves to help ensure class capacity and availability for all participants. Transfers are restricted to 6 weeks after the original event booked.

• Please make sure you provide your full name and email address upon booking as these will be the details used to contact you regarding your class.

• We do not accept cash or bookings on the door, you must book online via our booking system.

• If you do not transfer your class booking prior to the 3  hour transfer window, you will lose the opportunity to transfer your ticket and a refund will not be permitted.

• Please note that the 4 limit transfer on tickets does not apply to the £1 trial class. There are no transfers using the £1 First Class Trial Offer in Pocklington. If you use the £1 and don't turn up, you will lose that booking and will have to pay full price for future classes.

• If there is an issue with the transfer, class booking or discount codes please contact admin@movefitclub.co.uk 

• All offers and discounts are non-transferable and may not be used in conjunction with any other offer or discount.

• All offers and discounts are subject to availability, can be modified or withdrawn without notice, and may be available for a limited period only.

• In the unprecedented event that Movefit Mama has to cancel a class, the class will be rescheduled and you will automatically be transferred to the new date. If the new date does not work for you, you have the right to transfer your ticket to an alternate date. 

• Please note that as of the 7th of April 2025 there will be a price increase in tickets. This will be reviewed on an annual basis.

DISCOUNTS, OFFERS AND COMPETITIONS WITH MOVEFIT MAMA

Discount Codes

• Discount codes must be entered at checkout to be applied.

• Codes are case-sensitive and must be used exactly as provided.

• Expired codes will not be accepted.

• Some codes may be restricted to new customers only or specific products/services.

Discounted Trials & Introductory Offers

• Discounted trials are available to new customers only, unless otherwise stated.

• Please note that discounted trials and introductory offers may use different codes, if your account is suspected to have used multiple introductory codes - your ticket may be cancelled.

• Please note there are no transfers using the £1 First Class Trial Offer in Pocklington. If you use the £1 and don't turn up, you will lose that booking and will have to pay full price for future classes.
